Thank you for choosing DeLucaCustomWheels. Please review our refund and returns policy carefully. Due to the custom-built nature of our products, this policy ensures transparency and fairness for both our customers and our business.

Cancellations

All orders placed with DeLucaCustomWheels are processed immediately and built according to customer specifications.

Because our steering wheels are custom-made, orders cannot be canceled once production has begun.

Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 15 days of receiving your item, provided the following conditions are met:

  • The product must be unused and show no signs of installation, wear, or damage.

  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, including all accessories and components.

  • Returns are not accepted for steering wheels featuring:

    • Custom logos

    • Personalized stitching or materials

    • Special-order configurations or customer-requested modifications

Any returned item that does not meet these conditions will not qualify for a refund.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued using the original form of payment used at checkout.

Please note:

  • A 50% restocking fee will be deducted from all approved refunds.

  • Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

  • If the steering wheel is not returned within the 15-day return window, no refund will be issued.

  • No refund will be issued for any issues related to installation or improper installation.

Refunds will only be processed after the returned product has been received and inspected by DeLucaCustomWheels.

Labor & Installation

  • Installation or labor costs are not included in the purchase price unless explicitly stated.

  • DeLucaCustomWheels strongly recommends professional installation for all steering wheels.

  • We are not responsible for installation errors, compatibility issues caused during installation, or damage occurring during or after installation.

  • No refunds, replacements, or reimbursements will be issued for problems resulting from self-installation or third-party installation.

  • DeLucaCustomWheels assumes no responsibility for labor costs under any circumstances.

Warranty Policy

All DeLucaCustomWheels products are inspected prior to shipment to ensure quality and functionality.

Warranty coverage does not include:

  • Damage caused during installation

  • Improper or non-professional installation

  • Electrical, airbag, or vehicle system damage

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Misuse, accidents, or post-delivery modifications

Any warranty claim must be submitted with proof of purchase along with photos or videos for evaluation.

SHIPPING
